Palm Springs Sober Living is a structured, affordable sober living environment for men, located in the foothills of
Palm Springs, California.

Opened in 1999, Palm Springs Sober Living has had over 150 men come through its doors; They came from treatment centers, detox facilities, from home or work, and all were newly sober. They left with the skills needed to maintain their newfound sobriety, having had time to “practice” what it means to be sober.

Palm Springs Sober Living is structured in the sense that there are rules, curfews and mandatory participation in recovery. But structured dosn’t mean that we don’t have fun. Most of us got sober because we had become miserable drinking and using… Now that we’re free of the substances that were killing us, it’s time to enjoy life again. Or better yet, enjoy life sober for the first time.

By making the extra effort to stay connected to sober people at a recovery home, a halfway house or a sober living, your odds of success in sobriety greatly increase. Studies have shown that the longer a person stays in or near treatment, the liklihood of relapse becomes less and less. And the chances of making it past the 30, 60 and 90 day milestones become greater and greater.
